My good Ness, we just got back from an amazing weekend of songwriting that happened at the Ness Creek Music Festival sight, and the workshop took place in the Jack Milliken Centre. Such a great vibe! We did perform a couple of our songs on Friday night, and the mentors, Earl Pereira, Dean Person, and Pete Oldridge gave us some valuable feedback on our songs. Was it nerve wracking? Very much so! We did appreciate the experience though.  We did record 2 new songs at this retreat so be on the lookout for these new songs to be released this summer!

We have upcoming shows!  The first show is Celebrating Bob's 85th. “Once upon a time you dressed so fine!” Get ready for BobFest 2026 - a Saskatoon celebration of Bob Dylan's birthday!  Join us as some of Saskatoon's most talented musicians, artists, and songwriters cover Bob's best! The show will be at the Black Rose Whiskey Club. Saturday, May 23rd. Doors at 8:00p.m. - Show starts at 9:00p.m. Proceeds to CFCR Community Radio!  It's going to be a night filled with amazing music, and good vibes!

Our annual back yard music festival Bear Fest will happen on Saturday June 6th. Stay tuned for details about this fun back yard party.

We are gearing up for the Manitou Busking Festival which happens June 27th - July 5th. This will be our 3rd year playing this festival and it is one of our favorite festivals to play at! Our show time is still to be determined so stay tuned for this announcement.

It's been a crazy fun weekend, and we are still coming down from the songwriting retreat. We can't wait to share our new songs with you!

“Behind every beautiful thing, there's some kind of pain.” Bob Dylan

Our New Single "Colours of the Sea" to be released on Friday August 15th!

Our new song will be released on Friday August 15th, and we are so excited to release this song to the public! It has been years in the making as Terri Bear wrote this song 15 years ago. A video will be released at the same time of our song.

We have shows coming up as we are playing on Saturday August 9 at a private backyard concert at Whitecap First Nations which we have played at before. Our next show that we are so looking forward to will be held at Manitou Beach and it will be for the Little Art Gallery Music Festival. We will teach a belly dance workshop on Saturday August 30 at 2:00p.m. and our concert will be on Sunday August 31st at 7:00p.m.

Our next show will be at Doylefest which is held a Eagle Creek Regional Park and we will be playing the late-night cabaret at 12 midnight on Saturday September 6th.

One exciting announcement is that we are leaving on Monday August 11 to attend the Northern Lights Bluegrass music camp in which Auralee will be taking the stand-up bass class and Terri will attend the advanced guitar class. Gina will join us later to attend a music class as well. We attended this music camp last year and we took part in the songwriting competition. This is where our song Shivering Cold was written, and I think we nailed our performance when we performed in the competition.

This is what AGC has been up over the summer, and we are looking forward to what the fall has in store for us!
